Current Production Time: 2-5 business days
USPS is still experiencing delays with some packages due to employee shortages and other impacts of COVID-19. Most packages are being delivered on time, but there can be delays in some deliveries, something that is out of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Your jewelry will be handcrafted and made to order by our skilled team of jewelry makers. Standard production time is 2-5 business days depending on the item ordered and our current volume. During peak shopping periods the production time may increase.
NOTE: transit time is in addition to production time.
*Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays

International orders are shipped by USPS First Class International. Packages to most countries will be delivered within 10-14 business days, but can take longer if delayed by your country’s custom processes. While rare, we have seen international orders take 30-60 days to be delivered.
International orders may be subject to customs or duty taxes by your country upon arrival. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and separate from the shipping charges paid on your original order with LEILA. Please check with your local customs office for more details. LEILA accepts no risk for lost international packages.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
We only accept order changes up to 24 hours after your order was placed. Please email email@example.com with your name, order number, and what change you are requesting. We will reply back confirming or with any questions we may have.
Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours after being placed at no charge. After that, your order has been processed and there will be a $10 cancellation fee deducted from your refund. Orders already in production cannot be cancelled.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number and request for cancellation. You will receive a reply back confirming the cancellation.
LEILA is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If an incorrect address was given on the order, you are not entitled to a refund or replacement. If your package tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received it, we recommend you speak with the mail person who delivers your mail or contact your local post office with the tracking information.
