WARRANTY
Lots of care and detail goes into making each piece of LEILA by our skilled team of makers.
We offer a free 30-day warranty (from delivery date) on broken chains and clasps. Please follow the steps below to start a warranty repair request:
- Email us at customercare@leila.com with subject “Warranty Request”
- Include your name, order number, and describe the issue
- Attach a photo of the item showing the issue
- Upon receipt of your email, we will review and get back to you
- Shipping to LEILA is customer's responsibility
We want you to be happy and love your Leila purchase. If your piece has any other issue during the 30-day warranty period, please contact us by email with your question or concern.
REPAIRS
After our 30-day warranty period, we offer repairs for a small fee. The fee amount will depend on the repair. Please follow the steps below to start a non-warranty repair request:

- Include your name, order number, and describe the issue
- Attach a photo of the item showing the issue
- Upon receipt of your email, we will review and get back to you
