RETURNS, EXCHANGES & RE-WORKS
We accept returns on all non-personalized or non-engraved items. *Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in all the original packaging.
We do not accept returns on the following items:
- custom orders
- personalized items
- engraved items
- items purchased on sale or final sale items
NOTE: All items are made to order and subject to a 15% return fee.
Please follow the steps below to start a Return Request:
- Email us at email@example.com with subject “Return Request”
- Include your name, order number, and reason for return
- Upon receipt of your email we will review your request
- Upon approval we will email a pre-paid return shipping label to use ($5 will be deducted from your refund)
We accept the same items for return as U.S. orders. *Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in all the original packaging.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
We are unable to make exchanges at this time.
Incorrect Chain Length
If an incorrect chain length was ordered, you have a couple options:
- Purchase an extender chain that adds length and makes the item adjustable
- Send the item back to be re-worked to a new length. Depending on the
item, a small fee may apply and customer is responsible for shipping
charges. Item must be unworn and sent back within 14 days of delivery.

- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with subject “Re-Work Request”
- Include your name, order number, and what re-work is requested
- Attach a photo of the item if needed
- Upon receipt of your email, we will review and get back to you
