Miyuki Tila Beads
Miyuki beads are widely known as some of the highest quality glass beads in the world, made in Japan with precision techniques that prioritize consistency, durability, and color depth.
Gold Plated
Remove before swimming or showering to preserve the color of the gold plated beads.
1) Place a string or cord around your neck and mark where you’d like your necklave to hand. 2) Use a ruler or tape measure to measure the length. If you already own a necklace you love, just measure the chain from end to end.
For bar neckalces - the total length will include the bar, chain, jump rings, and clasp For disc necklaces - the total length will include the chain, jumprings, and clasp
Keep in mind that bars and discs are a little bit different. When ordering a disc vs. bar, the disc will hang a little lower than a bar with the same chain length.
1) Wrap a strip of paper around your wrist below your wrist bone and mark where the paper overlaps.
2) Use a ruler or tape measure to measure the length of the paper to the marked spot.
We suggest adding an extra 1/2”-3/4” to the measurement. If you’d like your bracelet to fit a little snug then go up 1/4”. If you want a bracelet length that fits most women, go with 6.5” and add a 1” extender.
We have a variety of disc sizes to fit a wide range of engravings. Ranging from 3/8” to 3/4” there’s something for everyone
Modern font is our thinnest font, Classic is our boldest font. Brush Script or Script don't usually work well in all caps.

Orders are processed Mon-Fri 9am-5pm PST, orders received after 5pm PST will be processed the next business day. If there are missing details we need for production, a separate email will be sent, so please check your spam/junk folder just in case. Your jewelry is handcrafted and made to order by our skilled team of makers. Current production time(see top of page) depends on the item ordered and our current order volume. During peak shopping periods the production time may increase and will be posted on the website.
NOTE: transit time is in addition to production time.

International Orders
International orders are shipped by USPS First Class International. Packages to most countries will be delivered within 10-14 business days, but can take longer if delayed by your country’s custom processes. While rare, we have seen international orders take 30-60 days to be delivered.
International orders may be subject to customs or duty taxes by your country upon arrival. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and separate from the shipping charges paid on your original order with LEILA. Please check with your local customs office for more details. LEILA accepts no risk for lost or stolen international packages.
We only accept order changes up to 24 hours after your order was placed. Please email weborders@leila.com with your name, order number, and what change you are requesting. We will reply back confirming or with any questions we may have.
Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours after being placed at no charge. After that, your order has been processed and there will be a $10 cancellation fee deducted from your refund. Orders already in production cannot be cancelled.

LEILA is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If an incorrect address was given on the order, you are not entitled to a refund or replacement. If your package tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received it, we recommend you speak with the mail person who delivers your mail or contact your local post office with the tracking information.
