Do you already own a LEILA Necklace and want to add a bar to it? This listing is for you!

IMPORTANT NOTE:  The bar comes with a jump ring, but it will not simply slide on the chain. You will need to either send your necklace to us(contact us PRIOR to ordering at info@leila.com) and we will attach the new charm or you can attach it yourself.  If you'd like to attach it yourself, you will need a pair of jewelry pliers to open and close the jump ring or you can have your local jeweler do it for you.

Finish

This piece comes in our signature satin brushed finish in the metals selected.  It is smooth, lightly brushed, and has a softer reflection of light.  A polished more reflective finish is available upon request in the personalization section.

Gold Filled

It won't chip or flake, is waterproof, and the best alternative for cost and quality to solid gold.  Made with a layer of solid 14k gold that is pressure bonded to brass, gold fill has 100 times more gold than plated jewelry. 

Rose Gold Filled

Rose gold fill has the same characteristics as the yellow gold fill, but copper is added to give it the rose color.

Sterling Silver

925 silver is a durable precious metal that can last a lifetime.  It can oxidize(tarnish) over time or when exposed to certain elements, but can be polished back to its normal condition.

Shipping & Productions

 Current Production Time:  5-9 business days

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed Mon-Fri 9am-5pm PST, orders received after 5pm PST will be processed the next business day.  If there are missing details we need for production, a separate email will be sent, so please check your spam/junk folder just in case. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking. Thank you for supporting our shop, we appreciate your patience!

PRODUCTION TIME

Your jewelry is handcrafted and made to order by our skilled team of makers.  CURRENT PRODUCTION TIME is 4-6 business days depending on the item ordered and our current order volume.  During peak shopping periods the production time may increase and will be posted on the website.

SHIPPING

NOTE: transit time is in addition to production time.

International Orders

International orders are shipped by USPS First Class International.  Packages to most countries will be delivered within 10-14 business days, but can take longer if delayed by your country’s custom processes. While rare, we have seen international orders take 30-60 days to be delivered.

International orders may be subject to customs or duty taxes by your country upon arrival.  These charges are the customer’s responsibility and separate from the shipping charges paid on your original order with LEILA.  Please check with your local customs office for more details.  LEILA accepts no risk for lost or stolen international packages.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

We only accept order changes up to 24 hours after your order was placed.  Please email weborders@leila.com with your name, order number, and what change you are requesting.  We will reply back confirming or with any questions we may have.

Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours after being placed at no charge.  After that, your order has been processed and there will be a $10 cancellation fee deducted from your refund.  Orders already in production cannot be cancelled.

Please email weborders@leila.com with your name, order number and request for cancellation.  You will receive a reply back confirming the cancellation.

LOST PACKAGES

LEILA is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If an incorrect address was given on the order, you are not entitled to a refund or replacement.  If your package tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received it, we recommend you speak with the mail person who delivers your mail or contact your local post office with the tracking information.
